Matt and Kori Podszus:

   Matt and Kori have been on staff since 1999 and have been at KU since '01. Matt grew up in Colorado Springs and spent summers on the east coast with his mother. He began following Jesus as a teenager. Matt attended KU and during college he was helped deeply by Nav staff Mark McElmurry, and eventually fell in love with the wonder of investing in the lives of people. Kori grew up in Greensburg, KS and attended K-State. Kori encountered The Navigators when, in college, she sought out a group who could help her deepen her relationship with Jesus. They both joined EDGE Corps and met in 2000 at Glen Eyrie--the home of The Navigators. They moved to Lawrence and were married in 2001. Their passion is to know Jesus intimately and to be used by him in the lives of those around them. In 2005 they had their first child, Sophia. In 2008 they had Elsa. Both are a supreme delight to their lives! 

Jason and Kelley Ross:
    Hi, our names are Jason and Kelley Ross. We are both originally from Wichita and met nearly twelve years ago in high school. We were high school sweethearts but went our separate ways for college and the next decade-Jason to Kansas State University to study civil engineering and Kelley to Baylor University to study Spanish and psychology. We both grew in our faith during college, largely through our Greek houses: Jason through an investigative Bible discussion with the Navigators in his fraternity, Delta Upsilon, and Kelley through Bible studies and mission work through her sorority, Chi Omega.

After graduation Jason worked for Exxon Mobil Corporation for three years in Houston and Italy, and Kelley earned a graduate degree in psychology from Kansas State University and went on to work at Trinity University in San Antonio for four years with college students with disabilities.

For the past two years Jason was on staff with the Navigators’ EDGE Corps at Kansas State University. We were reacquainted two years ago and were married in September of 2007. We are thrilled to now be on staff with the Navigators at the University of Kansas! Go Hawks!
